It’s so important that individuals feel part of their local communities. Our day centres offer a person-centred approach to support people to develop skills, find the hobbies they love, and meet their life goals.  

For some people, the day centre is their base for the day, where they meet friends, enjoy social and leisure activities, and access educational opportunities. For others, the day centre enables them to develop new skills and access new opportunities.

Our day centre colleagues are fully trained and experienced in supporting a range of needs and work closely with each person, becoming proactively involved in their care and support plans. This integrated approach means they support people to achieve their goals and experience positive outcomes.
