Learning disability
Our teams support people who may have a learning disability and/or autism. We aim to support individuals to increase their independence, achieve their goals and ambitions, and to live the life they choose.
We know that everyone is different and we listen to what people and their support networks tell us to enable them to flourish. Whatever the situation, we will find the approach that works best for the person
By helping to manage a person’s health & wellbeing, we create a stable foundation for a truly independent life. We believe we create a culture whereby people have the right to receive the support and care that enables them to create and maintain meaningful relationships, take part in their local community, seek and find employment if this is a goal, and live a life they have chosen - like anyone else.
Upskilling
We believe that supported living should only be a step on the path to true independence. As an organisation we are ambitious for our people and will always aim to ultimately enable individuals to live truly independent lives.
Our highly trained and experienced team will work with people to upskill them over time and ultimately transition into the community where possible. In this way we truly help people live the life they choose.
Flexibility
There’s plenty of flexibility with our homes, too. Our supported housing is quality, modern, and purpose-built to ensure people can live with independence, in their own homes.
