We build and refurbish properties specifically for people who have experienced homelessness, applying our expertise create to properties which are ideal for people getting back on their feet.
Our schemes are renowned for their market-leading quality and design and are highly responsive to specialist requirements. Many properties are developed in direct response to needs from Allerton’s Homelessness Support team.

We take the time to learn what each person needs to ensure our homes and support plans are best suited to meet their current requirements and future goals.
Tailored adaptations
Our housing & developments teams can facilitate a wide variety of adaptations, specifically tailored to someone’s physical needs.
This can include installing ceiling hoists, installing hydraulic countertops which can be adjusted to different heights, refurbishing bathrooms into wet rooms and many other adaptions, drawing on the support of third party specialists, as needed.
